Water, Electricity & Sewer Hook-ups on Spacious Sites
• We are a smaller scale health & wellness ministry featuring…. a log cabin with a sauna, whirlpool and steam shower, along with a kitchen, laundry room & church meeting area. The ministry is situated on 150+ acre ranch.
• There are (2) 20×48 greenhouses (one used as a barn right now)
• Other structures: 30×40 pavilion, tool shed, storage container
• 2 others areas where electricity, water & septics were installed for future bathrooms & buildings
• 10K gallon rainwater harvesting capacity & ability to irrigate from a closer stock tank. No well.
These sites are available for ones that want to live in the country & do health ministry to those in the surrounding communities and the larger cities about an hour away. We work & volunteer in the community and do ministry such as Bible studies, natural remedies, gardening share & assisting those that need help.
o Sites available @ $15K each or $2K down & $365/month for 36 months.
o Additional $200/month fee is assessed for county water, weekly garbage pick-up & electricity in common areas like the cabin where laundry machines are free.
o After an initial $200 fee for internet connection to your site, the fee for internet is $25/month thereafter, assuming all stays the same.
o Personal electricity usage costs. Electric meters @ each site.
What we are NOT: We don’t offer room & board in exchange for services. We don’t have homes or rooms for you to live. You must have an RV or tiny home for the site. Although we have many things needed to have health & wellness programs where guests come to be healed, we don’t currently have one operating. These kinds of things could be done by ones choosing to make this their home and ministry. We are a tax-exempt non-profit church organization.
• We have planted fruit trees and berry bushes. There is much land that could be developed into more gardens or grain fields but much work would be required. There are three stock water tanks available for irrigation or the watering of animals. This is not a lush land. But God will provide for our needs by the sweat of our brow & His blessings. There is also much land to run animals such as chickens, goats, sheep, horses… but fencing would be required. 40-50 acres is fenced in where the ministry buildings & sites are located. The existing fences could be tied in to create more fenced areas. We currently have guinea fowl to help with the insects and a Great Pyrenes dog to keep them safe, another dog and a cat for rodents and the like.
• This property can be further developed by those that move here. The property is being held in a ministry land trust to protect us all. All ranch site residents (1 for each site) are on the Desert Herb Ranch Ministries board of directors, but all are invited to attend such meetings where we pray that the Three Angels Messages will be carried out even further as we work together in harmony, in truth and in brotherly love as we minister and live in close community.
